    We advise on style, size and finish and send artwork showing exactly how it will look.

  3. Approve and we make it

    Request changes until you're happy. Production takes around 6 weeks.

  4. Delivered

    Your medals or badges arrive ready for your event, presentation or members.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

Most orders take around 6 weeks from artwork approval. If you have a fixed event date, tell us when you enquire and we'll confirm whether we can meet it before you order.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There isn't one. We can make a single medal or badge, right up to 10,000+ pieces for major events. The price per piece drops as quantities increase, so for orders under 50 we'll quote you individually.

Do I need finished artwork?

No. Send us your logo, a sketch, a photo or simply describe your idea. We'll create the artwork and send you a proof to approve before anything is made.

Can I make changes to the design?

Yes. You can request changes at the proofing stage until you're completely happy. Production only starts once you've approved the artwork.

What's the difference between soft and hard enamel?

Soft enamel sits slightly below raised metal lines, so you can feel the texture. It's colourful, versatile and usually the more affordable option. Hard enamel is filled and polished level with the metal for a smooth, premium finish that's popular for corporate and membership badges.

Why do you show guide prices rather than fixed prices?

Every order is made to its own specification, and material and delivery costs change over time. Guide prices give you a realistic starting point, and we confirm an exact price with your quote.

Can you add engraving, boxes or a design on the back?

Yes. We can add individual engraving, presentation boxes, a reverse-side design, custom printed ribbons and specialist finishes. Just mention what you'd like when you ask for a quote.
